The shirt I’m wearing here is actually a mens shirt that I unbuttoned and pulled back so I could wear it as an off shoulder top. I needed that, it was so hot in New York that I couldn’t deal otherwise. It’s just a simple white cotton shirt, but every inch of my body that was covered with any sort of fabric was too much. And I’m not exaggerating, when it’s that hot in NYC (around 35 degrees), there’s no way to escape the heat apart from locking yourself in your apartment or hotel room with the airconditioning running on full speed. So that’s mostly what I did between shows – this specific day aka my birthday – was no exception. I wore this look to the Rebecca Minkoff show, which took place on the street, outside their store in Soho. Pretty awesome, but also pretty unbearable in the heat. I guess there was no way of knowing it was gonna be this crazy. Anyway, I did love this slightly more classic look for a change. I notice myself slowly gravitating towards more feminine and classic looks these days. It might be a fase, or maybe not, but whatever it is, I’m curious to hear what you guys think!!
