Flashback to that post last year, perhaps my most popular ever, sharing my thoughts on how to get more body confidence. Now I have to be in my bikini within two weeks again (time flies!), I can definitely take some of my own notes. It’s key to feel comfortable in whatever you wear, and confident about yourself in order to truly enjoy. Right now, I’m focusing on eating more healthy and doing at least some exercising. How do you make it work?
